Do you

the style of your home
Recently I was asked
what the style of our home is...
The first thing that popped into my head was
" romantic vintage"
Recently I was asked

The first thing that popped into my head was
" romantic vintage"
Style is personal
that is what makes
{at least for me}
looking at other peoples homes so much fun
Do you feel the same way
{Love}
to see where someone places flowers
in their home
and what they use for the vase
What furniture they like and even the color of the walls
What furniture they like and even the color of the walls
You all know that most of the flowers in our home
are placed in......
a Vintage White Ironstone pitcher
Even in this peaceful corner of our bedroom
on a pretty vintage white wicker table

I love your style and all your white ironstone.
ReplyDeleteOur little beach cottage is small, very small. We had to give away most of our large antiques when we downsized so our house is a mish mash of furniture that fits the house. I call it "beach house casual".
Love beachy house casual
DeleteI am currently designing a water front condo that is just that
casual beachy and so fun with lot's of white and vintage pine
too pretty
Love your style

I want a Farmhouse Vintage style. Mine's a mix of this and that. I had a country/primitive kitchen before my redo. I wanted a beach kitchen. I got it somewhat but sure do miss my country kitchen. I have a shabby chic room which is my favorite. I have a room that I'm still working home and I hope it will be more farmhouse. So, I guess you would call mine eclectic.
ReplyDeleteoh Pam, you're such a sweetie! Right now I'm trying my hardest to get a new house to feel "romantic and vintage"! xoxo

Im not sure what I call my style. I love so many different things. The closest I could come up with would be cottage, coastal, with a little french thrown in. Love white, light gray, blues and greens. Nothing dark for me!
ReplyDeleteHi Carol It is hard to nail down a style
Deletebut I love your look and style
and I agree nothing too dark my first choice is white every time

Pam
Romantic vintage is totally you! I would say I am french shabby with touches of shabby chic. I love your wide-mouthed ironstone pitcher and fading Ranunculous, so beautiful.
