Hi Everyone
Happy Wednesday
♥
Today we picked the very last of the
sweet peas from our garden
So grateful we still have flowers blooming
so late in the summer
especially with all this heat
{Love}
their delicate petals and beautiful colors
but of coarse
the best part is their fragrance
so
fresh and feminine
I placed them in a
vintage white ironstone
creamer next to
vintage white ironstone
creamer next to
our newly found vintage turquoise oar
A fun salvaged find from our walks
on the bay
someone was going to burn it for a bonfire on the 4th of July
I quickly rescued it from the fire pit
It was just too pretty to burn
The Oar has just the right amount of
chippy shabby charm that comes from days in the summer sun

ReplyDeleteI want to have sweet peas next summer. I just know they climb and need to be picked everyday or two. Any other advice for me?
Thanks!
Yes, I agree, this oar
ReplyDeletewas meant to be yours
and NOT to be kindling
for a bon fire!! Love
how you styled it with
the sweet peas, too.
YOU are having fun.
Enjoy it all!!
