Simple Christmas decor

Hi Everyone
 Happy Thursday
Have you ever heard the saying
"Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans"
well that explains the last week
here at our Home
We did not get to go to the Vintage Marketplace as planned
we all caught "the bug" going around
and it pingponged from one family member to the other
 like dominos falling ...
we all got hit
The good news is we are all healthy again
and it feels so good to feel good

Our home is very simply decorated so far this
Christmas

Just {Love} how
the paperwhites have bloomed
they are  placed everywhere around the house

This beauty is in the dining room and looks like a
peacock all spread out and showing off
it smells amazing

We still have a few white Christmas roses blooming in the front yard

This simple diy wooden chalkboard frame
made with reclaimed wood
got a little bling and a few white stars
and a place of honor at the front entry

Slowing down was a gift
and really helped our family
appreciate the simple things
this season

I want to invite you to visit
Mammabellarte
and see all the beauty
of the Vintage Marketplace
The talented and wonderful  Sunday Hendrickson was there and
the event is going to be featured in the Spring 2014 issue of
  Romantic Country magazine
The Vintage Market place at the Oaks was also named
Favorite Market from Coast to Coast

Linking for Be Inspired
Feathered Nest Friday
Treasure Hunt Thursday

romantic saying for today

"Loving you is the best gift of all"

  1. I love green, silver and white for Christmas, so I love the way you've decorated. And the pressed tin tiles--gorgeous!

  2. Your decorations are very lovely. I didn't purchase anything new this year, just re-cycled and changed my decorations. Thank you for sharing your lovely decorations with us.
Have a great weekend - the weather is going to be in the 80's which is very welcome after the cold spell we had.
