What do you have a passion for?
Don't be afraid to take a good look around your home
and let go of anything you do not feel a passion for
For me the vintage silver that was in the corner cabinet was nice
but the white ironstone is perfect!!!

Hi Pam,
ReplyDeleteThese words are profound when you start to really live them. My passion for antique white ironstone is just beginning with the recent find of a Meakin pitcher and Wooliscroft covered vegetable dish in the Columbia shape. Pure Heaven!
Love your blog Pam! Your white ironstone tureens and pitcher are drool-worthy. Perfect desciption of them too.
What a beautiful display Pam!!! Love the glitzy star hanging from the jug
ReplyDelete( can't help it, I'm like a magpie and am drawn to anything that sparkles lol)
Your newest follower - would love you to come by and follow back when you have the time!

I'm sure you don't need any of us to tell you the ironstone looks much better in that cabinet. Just the right thing to set it all off to perfection.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know ironstone was so darned pretty until I got on all the blogs, now I'm hooked and will be collecting more. Have a few pieces but now crave any I can find.
I love the strong colors in my house but I do come to your blog to feast on the many shades of white and leave it feeling serene. The white ironstone probably wouldn't work in mine but oh how I drool over yours! Your spur-of-the-minute centerpiece of lemons was perfection, and I showed your greenhouse pictures to my husband to get his creativity working, he who owned a garden center for years and keeps talking about the greenhouse he's going to build--some day. Love your style!
