Hi Everyone
Happy Friday
♥
It has been so *HOT* during the day that
it has been fun to get up very early while it is still a bit cooler
to work in the garden
feels almost dreamy here in the mornings
Such a beautiful way to start the day
very quiet
very quiet
just the birds singing
Time seems to stand still in the garden
all the plants and flowers even seem to be just waking up
A new Cecile brunner rose from Home Depot will get planted today
This old garden rose is a climbing rose
This old garden rose is a climbing rose
the vision is for it to grow right over the side of the green house
This year the seedlings in the greenhouse
have sprouted early because of all the intense heat so
the shade from the rose will help provide a little relief
Cecile brunner roses smell so pretty
for such a tiny rose it has the most amazingly strong fragrance
A Peaceful dreamy fall morning in the garden
Does it feel like fall to you yet?
Does it feel like fall to you yet?
romantic saying for today
"I never wish to be parted from you from this day on"

Oh how I love that greenhouse!!! and I need to re-read Pride & Prejudice because I don't remember that line!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful your greenhouse is. I have not gotten into fall yet as we are still in summer weather here in Chicago and I am a big gardener too so I just cannot bring myself yet to fall!!!! Just trying to enjoy the last of these beautiful summer days.

As hot as it's been here, it doesn't feel like fall at all. We're supposed to get a cold front and drop into the 70's for a few days, so I am really looking forward to that! I already have my outdoor chore list ready and waiting! Hugs, Leena
ReplyDeletethis is such a beautiful setting. Oh how I'd love a greenhouse. I'll be looking for more "Fall" photos in this wonderful spot!
ReplyDeleteI like the way you captured the light in these photos or softened it in places. Very romantic. xo Jenny
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful pictures, Pam! They look so very dreamy! We got a little bit of cooler air with some rain late yesterday, but I think it will be going back up as the week goes on.
ReplyDeletePam, you are so lucky to have such a pretty greenhouse! I love it! The morning light in your photos is just so ethereal! :) Cecil is going to be just beautiful once he starts his climb. :)
