Summer DIY project

Hi Everyone
Happy Friday
It was a boat and beach day
with the entire family all together
 fun in the sun

We took our boat on a 3 hour tour
around Coronado and it was glorious
We even had a pod of
dolphins
that joined in the fun
so glad I had my camera

 So Grateful for a day
to look out at the horizon, feel the sand in our toes,
feel the sun on our faces and  hear
the laughter of family and friends

Its me
trying to read the  map

The view of the Hotel Del Coronado and the beach
The Hotel Del Coronado is
a favorite romantic
getaway

Our beautiful daughter and her friends
having fun

Here is a fun DIY project
We collected shells from the beach
some we bought at the shell shop
Then when we got home we looked up the different varieties and their names
I typed out the names on a blue piece of  paper
then glued the blue paper onto a box lid and glued the shells accordingly

romantic saying for today
"My bounty is as boundless as the sea, my love as deep
the more I give thee the more I have for both are infinite"
William Shakespeare

  3. Pam, Thanks for sharing your pictures with us. It looked like so much fun. When I was reading some of your previous post, I discovered your son was born on my birthday. It is amazing what we learn about in blogland. Your flowers are so pretty. Have a wonderful day. A Missouri Friend.

  6. I love the project with the seashells.

Hotel Del Coronado is a very beautiful hotel. I have not been there in years. The old elevator was so cool.
